We believe in letting nature take it's course and none of our organic rhubarb is forced. Harvested by hand, rhubarb is an excellent ingredient in a wide range of foods. Traditionally used in puddings, rhubarb has recently undergone a revival with celebrity chefs.

On a recent trip to a rhubarb specialist in Holland, we have discovered some exciting new varieties which have excellent taste and red colouring. they are also later than the traditional English varieties which enables us to pick from Spring to early Autumn.
