Organic Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard is a member of the beet family and is grown for its tender green leaves and crunchy stalks

Sometimes said to be similar in flavour to spinach, organic swiss chard can be boiled or steamed but is more frequently used in stir-fry's. It is an excellent accompaniment to fish.
